Bargod lifted their first trophy for twelve years as they beat Cardigan Reserves to win the South Cards Cup Final at Ffostrasol.

Sam Skinner gave them a half time lead with an ealy penalty but with Cardigan putting up a brave fight the game was not settled until the last five minutes when Memo Dag and Wayne Hand scored to put the result beyond doubt.
